The Corporate Communications and Public Relations program is one of the most highly regarded programs in Ontario. It will equip you, in just two semesters, to enter an exciting industry.

The faculty members in the Corporate Communications and Public Relations program are industry experts who recognize that no two days in this field are alike. As such you will:

Learn to research, write, plan, edit, design and implement everything from strategic communications plans and employee newsletters to gala dinners for hundreds of people;
Come to understand how communications strategies influence employee attitudes, shift stockholders’ opinions and tell an organization’s story to the media;
Get connected to the public relations industry.
If you previously completed a post-secondary education, possess strong writing skills and have the ability to manage various projects at the same time, you may want to consider this School of Communication, Media and Design undertaking.


Academic Requirements

College diploma or university degree in any discipline.
We will consider applicants with partial post-secondary education (minimum - two years) and relevant work experience.
Additional Requirements
Attend a mandatory program admission session where you will:

Complete writing and editing exercises
Submit a portfolio of writing
A resumé may be required
