The Master in International Business and Global Management at CUNEF Universidad empowers students to succeed in complex and dynamic global markets. Increasing economic interdependence and rapid technological advances keep transforming the context in which small and large firms operate.
This innovative programme provides students with the analytical skills, tools and knowledge they need to understand the ever-changing international context that their firms operate in. It is designed to prepare them to assess the impact of this constant evolution, and design strategies to create and capture value across borders. The program is designed for students interested in international careers who wish to work with and manage people from diverse backgrounds.

To begin the admissions process, candidates must apply through the CUNEF Universidad website and attach the required documents:

Participate in the candidate selection process
Candidates are asked to participate in the selection process that takes place at CUNEF Universidad (or online for candidates who don’t live in Spain or can’t travel to Madrid). The process aims to evaluate each of the candidates based on their track record (academic transcripts and resumé), knowledge and skills.
Reserve your place.
Admitted candidates must pay a reservation fee on the specified dates to reserve a place at CUNEF Universidad.
Confirm registration.
Once their decision is firm, candidates must pay their enrolment and tuition fees on the specified dates.
Submit originals or certified true copies of all the required documents at CUNEF Universidad so they can be verified.

The programme is designed for students with an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics or other related disciplines (Engineering, Law...) who wish to specialise in International Business and Global Management. Applicants must be fully proficient in English.
Objetivos
The goal of the programme is to offer graduate students the tools required to deal with global issues and manage companies across borders. It is designed to provide students with the concepts and practical knowledge they need to understand the global world and prepare prospective managers and entrepreneurs to make a major contribution to the performance of all types of organisations worldwide. The innovative curriculum not only broadens students’ perspective in their approach to international issues, but also helps them acquire the skills and experience required to become effective leaders in today’s world, namely:
A deep understanding of the complexity of international business
The ability to develop and implement international strategic plans
The ability to communicate effectively, work in a team, manage time and plan work assignments
Solid theoretical and practical knowledge in the specialisation they choose: International Finance or International Marketing and Operations

The program includes the following extra-curricular activities (complementary workshops and international networking activities):
International Study Tour
During the International Study Tour organised in cooperation with top universities and business schools, students have the chance to enjoy a brief international experience during which they receive specialised training and visit companies and institutions to gain a better understanding of the specifics of competing in a global setting. International Study Tours typically take place in person.
Career Guidance Programme: Passport to your future
This programme includes three types of activities: practical workshops led by recruitment experts, meetings with prestigious experts and individualised mentoring sesssions.
Seminars, Practical Workshops and Conferences
Throughout the programme, various seminars, practical workshops, conferences, work breakfasts, presentations, etc., are scheduled to provide students with the chance to acquire specialised knowledge and experience and participate in initiatives and innovative projects presented by leading experts in their corresponding fields.
