A successful organization is only as good as its people. Human Resources Management [HRM] plays a critical role in ensuring the organization has the people necessary for success. As a Human Resources professional, you will be responsible for ensuring this occurs.

Students successfully completing an HR program at Centennial will have the necessary foundational training and education to enter into occupations in Human Resources – either as generalists or as specialists, across a range of industries and organizations. By doing so, they become vital strategic partners in the organizational world, the business community, and, in turn, the Ontario economy, as well as their communities.

University degree or a three-year college diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution
