The Graduate Certificate is the first tier of a sequence of postgraduate programs in Property and Development. It is undertaken on a part-time basis over two semesters with students completing two courses in each semester. Students learn about property and development principles and techniques needed to effectively manage property development projects.

The Graduate Certificate in Property and Development provides the opportunity for students to understand the principles of property development and investment to achieve successful outcomes in terms of financial viability. It teaches students to demonstrate an advanced understanding of the property development and investment body of knowledge, including established theories and recent developments relevant to the discipline or professional field; to apply property development and investment principles and practices to new or complex environments; to critically evaluate contemporary debates and literature in property development and investment discipline; and to demonstrate an understanding of international perspectives relevant to property development and investment discipline and the property industry.
To qualify for the Graduate Certificate in Property and Development program students will be required to complete a program of study totalling 24uoc. Students must complete 4 courses from the Core Courses list.
