The Master´s in Community and Primary Health Care Practice provides a flexible opportunity for practitioners wishing to enhance their leadership, research and educational expertise within community and primary health care.
The entry requirement for postgraduate study is a minimum of a second class honours (2.2) degree or above, or an equivalent recognised qualification. Relevant experience may also be considered where appropriate for non-standard entry.
Applicants must be registered practitioners working in a community related role.
This is a modular postgraduate programme consisting of 180 credits at level M.
The programme is studied on a part-time basis and should be completed within three years.
It provides a flexible opportunity for practitioners who wish to enhance their leadership, research and educational expertise with community and primary health care.
Students undertaking this programme will normally be experienced professionals currently employed by a partner Health Board. The programme will enhance career development and promotion opportunities for successful students
