This program has been designed to equip multidisciplinary professionals with knowledge of the processes, dynamics and relationships that exist between development, disaster risk and resilience, as well as with knowledge and capacities for the implementation of strategic measures and disaster risk intervention tools in the present and in the future. The program also aims at building capacities to address strategies, programs, projects, as well as sectoral, territorial, institutional, public, private and community risk management tools, in order to reinforce and increase resilience.
