Our MSc Youth Sports Coaching course will develop a highly qualified, specialised coach that will be provided with the key skills to coach and develop young children and people through sport and physical activity
Youth Sports Coaching provides students with the knowledge and ability to address coaching specifically for children and young people, and can maximise the benefits and potential of working with this age group. It is designed for individuals that work with young people either at a participant level, school sport or in an elite capacity.
Our interdisciplinary approach allows coaches to apply theoretical issues to practice and reflect on the subsequent impact on the coaching process. Students will also develop the ability to lead, manage people and mentor colleagues.
