    The Master of Technology and Innovation Management is designed for early and mid-career science, engineering, and technology graduates who want to broaden their career pathways that include people management and business.

    The degree enables students to continue to specialise in their undergraduate majors while gaining business and management knowledge through business related courses. It connects the demands of our technological society with graduates who can meet those demands both as professionals in their own areas and as managers of the future.

    Objetivos

    On successful completion of the Master of Technology and Innovation Management you will have the ability to:

    demonstrate understanding and application of the value proposition of technology in management
    analyse problems, issues and policies through logical thinking and reasoning
    develop innovative solutions and make recommendations based on thorough analysis
    communicate ideas and information logically and concisely in written and oral formats
    demonstrate an awareness of emerging social and environmental issues as they apply in national and international business domains

    Programa

    The Master of Technology and Innovation Management consists of 72 (UOC):

    4 core courses (24 UOC) plus 1 Capstone course (6 UOC) and 3 elective postgraduate courses (18 UOC) chosen from the UNSW Business School, and 4 elective courses (24 UOC) either from within UNSW Engineering and/or UNSW Science.

    If you wish to focus on a particular area of interest in Business you can study three courses (18 UOC) from within this area in addition to core courses MGMT5800, MGMT5801, MGMT5802, ACCT5906 and capstone COMM5010.
