MSc Supply Chain Management degree offered by Norwich Business School aims to equip students with the cross-functional understanding and sound technical and managerial skills that are becoming increasingly important in expanding markets often reliant upon international operations. Management of the supply chain is increasingly a strategic imperative for all types of organisations, in both product and services sectors.
Supply chain strategies and tactics involve a complex set of product, process and information flows between organisations and their operational nodes. Overall, the programme is seeking to develop the next generation of managers to identify and harness the great opportunities for long-lasting competitive advantage offered by the strategic management of the firms supply chain, including purchasing, procurement, operations and logistics management. The skills and knowledge gained as part of this Masters degree will prove invaluable in a number of management fields and as such will offer students impressive career opportunities.
