This course builds on the curriculum of the graduate diploma to incorporate studies in strategic planning, stakeholder management, communication management and project management information systems. You will also prepare and develop an individual research project report under the guidance of one of our experienced staff.
Project management is a distinct professional discipline, with its own body of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques. It involves managing a project from inception to completion and the successful attainment of the project´s objectives.
The course provides the opportunity to gain the understanding, knowledge and skills necessary for performing the role of project manager in any field and any sector. It is suitable for people from a variety of employment backgrounds who want to gain the understanding, knowledge and skills to work as a project manager.
