Presentación

Established for over 15 years and completed by more than 200 students from ten different countries, this programme is based on a multidisciplinary approach to tackling a wide range of occupational health issues and is accredited by both the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and the British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) for graduate membership.

Requisitos

You should have a relevant first degree, although those with relevant work experience or appropriate expertise will be considered.

English language requirements
You can satisfy our English language requirements in two ways:

by holding an English language qualification to the right level
by taking and successfully completing one of our English courses for international students
English to IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 6.0 in each component).

Effects of Work on Health and Fitness for Work (20 credits)
Legal Aspects (10 credits)
Occupational Ergonomics (10 credits)
Occupational Exposure and Risk Assessment I and II (20 credits)
Occupational Mental Health (10 credits)
Occupational Toxicology (10 credits)
Principles and Practices of Occupational Health Practice (10 credits)
Risk Management (10 credits)
Core modules for the PGCert are as follows (30 credits):

Effects of Work on Health and Fitness for Work (20 credits)
Principles and Practices of Occupational Health Practice (10 credits)
The remaining MSc modules are optional to complete the PGCert (30 credits).
