The MSc in Medical Education aims to serve as a vehicle through which students can pursue a ‘journey’ during which they can develop, explore and enhance their medical teaching through acquisition of a range of skills and application of knowledge
Medical education has a focus which is different to higher education teaching. This focus is built around patient care and is present not only in learning and teaching but also in assessment and feedback and in developing and delivering educational programmes to multidisciplinary teams and in a variety of contexts.
Must hold Medical or Dental degree
Be actively engaged in medical or dental practice and be registered with either the General Medical Council or General Dental Council.
Have sufficient competency in English language (IELTS Level 6.5 or equivalent)
