    The MSc in Marketing will provide you with the skills to be an effective leader in a dynamic global marketplace, developing your understanding of the theory and practice of marketing.

    Businesses today face unprecedented change. Increased competition in both domestic and global markets, together with higher expectations and tougher demands from consumers, require more sophisticated marketing. This degree will provide you with the knowledge and practical understanding of contemporary marketing to allow you to deal with these changes, including digital media, marketing research methods and environmental sustainability.

    You will consider marketing across a range of business contexts including consumer, industrial, service, profit and not-for-profit sectors, as well as studying consumers, supply chains, branding and loyalty in local and global contexts. The course will provide a stimulating and intellectually demanding environment, in which you will engage with the academic literature, case studies, business projects and your peers, whilst reflecting on international marketing issues. You will have opportunities to learn about industry practice and emerging trends in sectors such as the creative industries and marketing for tourism and places.

    The course will equip you with the ability to critically evaluate and apply new marketing concepts and practices. You will have the opportunity to develop your practical transferable skills including the ability to conduct independent research, problem solving, verbal and written communication, presenting and planning.

    Requisitos

    2:1 degree from a British university or its equivalent; or a postgraduate diploma from a recognised institution; or a relevant graduate level professional qualification

    Or a demonstration of considerable relevant practical experience and evidence of the ability to cope with the demands of the course

    English Language Requirements: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. If your first language is not English, you may need to provide evidence of your English language ability. If you do not yet meet our requirements, our English Language Teaching Unit (ELTU) offers a range of courses to help you to improve your English to the necessary standard.
