The MITB is designed to give you a deep understanding of the drivers of globalization, the process of internationalization, how the global economic environment influences firms’ competitive responses, and how the world is interconnected. This results in graduates ready to deal with the challenges of expanding business into new global markets along with those of managing teams across cultures and continents.

Objetivos

Give participants the vision, knowledge and multicultural approach necessary to conduct business in different international markets, both in the OECD and in emerging markets.

    Develop and control the practical skills to manage international business operations, including the selection of markets, forms of entry, logistics, global marketing, financing and export and investment insurance, as well as being able to prepare a International Business Plan.

The MITB is structured in ten perfectly interconnected modules. Some focus on general management skills, while others offer participants a deep functional knowledge, both of Sales and International Marketing, and of International Operations that support it, such as Administration, Logistics, Finance, etc.
