Master Urban and Regional Planning Full Time - Master en Planificación Regional y Urbano
London South Bank University has been delivering planning courses for over 40 years.
Urban planning and the management of development is a global concern. On this course you´ll develop professionally recognised skills to enable employment in the global planning field. You´ll have the opportunity to understand the nature of urban and spatial planning in an international context.
On the MA International Planning course you´ll study different planning systems and develop your planning skills within a comparative context. You´ll visit a European country to investigate its planning practices and develop and in-depth study through the dissertation of an international planning issue or concern.
This course is intended for students who have an international appreciation of planning systems and activities and for students who intend to work outside of the UK after graduating.
To apply for a Taught Masters postgraduate course at LSBU you need one of the following:
- IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 580 (Paper) or 237 (Computer) or 90 (Internet)
- Licenciado/Título de Ingeniero/Título de Arquitecto, average 6.0-6.9 (old grading system), or 1.5 in new grading system
For Postgraduate Diploma and Masters courses the normal entry qualification is an Honours degree or equivalent. For some Postgraduate Diplomas alternative qualifications are accepted along with relevant work experience. The University considers each application on its merits and is prepared to admit candidates who can demonstrate they have reached the normal entry requirements on the basis of prior experiential learning.
