The MEF provides students with the necessary analytical and theoretical foundations for both entering into a PhD program and working in companies that look for rigorously trained specialists (national or international organizations, central banks).
1. Holding a bachelors (undergraduate) degree, or international equivalent in subjects such as Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or similar degrees.
2. Command and certification of English language.
