Do some of the hardest human decisions affect you or your workplace? The Master´s in Healthcare Law and Ethics provides an opportunity to examine the structure and operation of the legal system in England and Wales, to look critically at the real life impact of law on practice within the health care system and to do this in the context of an understanding of the ethical problems that arise in health care

Working in consultation with a member of the teaching staff, students produce a dissertation of up to 20,000 words on a subject relevant to the course.
