The ultimate objective of the Master of Enterprise is to create skilled leaders, executives and general managers who can drive their organisations forward. This innovative degree provides advanced knowledge in the core subject areas required by leaders in the modern organisation as well as the opportunity to develop specific skills in innovation and entrepreneurship. Participants conduct applied field studies in each subject, creating real and immediate value to their organisations.
A degree in business/commerce or related discipline;
A minimum of 3 years of documented full time, relevant, professional work experience;
Statement of Intent in seeking entry; and
English language proficiency (Minimum Band 6.5).
The Selection Committee may conduct interviews or require submission of further information and may call for referee reports or employer references to elucidate any of the matters referred to above.
The program is designed for individuals with three or more years of professional experience, currently working in middle to senior management positions across a variety of sectors and industries. Small class sizes facilitate the development of valuable relationships with fellow students from a wide variety of industries.
