Project

After completing all the modules, you will apply the knowledge you have gained throughout the course to solving an engineering problem at a professional level. You will define the nature of the problem and draw up plans for tackling it, presented as a formal proposal (including a financial costing). Your project supervisor will meet regularly with you for feedback on the project.

Industry placement (optional)

You may, if you wish, choose to study for an MSc in Embedded Systems and Control Engineering with Industry, which includes the opportunity to apply for a range of industry placements arranged by the Department.
