1. A completed Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or related area
Ideally, your Bachelor´s degree should cover the following courses: •Organisation Theory
•Human Resource Management
•Quantitative and Qualitative Methods
•Bachelor’s thesis of 12 EC
2. Proficiency in English
•A TOEFL score of >90, with subscores not lower than 22
•A IELTS score of >6.5, with subscores not lower than 6.5
•Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) or Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) with a mark of C or higher
The Master´s programme in Business Administration emphasises the social processes that constitute organisations. The programme aims to create a better understanding of the importance of good management and can eventually increase the performance of organisations of all kinds. There are seven specialisations: Business Analysis and Modelling, International Management, Marketing, Organisational Design and Development, Strategic Human Resource Management, Strategic Management and Flexible Master´s programme: Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
The Master’s programme in Business Administration is taught at the Nijmegen School of Management and has seven specialisations. Each specialisation have a course load of 60 EC* (one-year). The courses are 6 EC and the Master’s thesis is 18 EC. You first choose a specialisation and within each specialisation there are set courses but also lots of room to pick electives.

Business Administration graduates are greatly valued by their employers for their analytical skills and sound academic understanding of business practices. Most of our graduates find a position within six months after graduating. The career prospects for the Master’s programme in Economics differ slightly, depending on which Master’s specialisation you choose.
