During the one-year School of Business offering, you will become prepared to interact, as a strategic partner, with management at all levels of an organization. Among the human resources (HR) strategies, which align with overall organizational strategies that will give you the knowledge to carry out your duties, will be:

Emerging human resource management trends such as managing diversity and alternative dispute resolution;

Human resource management systems.
Through participation in in-depth Human Resources Management course offerings accredited by the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA), you will be prepared to confidently launch your career.
Three-year college diploma or university degree in any discipline.
We will consider applicants who have a two-year college diploma or a partial university degree (75% complete), and who have a minimum of two years work experience relevant to the program.
