This course focuses on clinical leadership approaches, decision making, team building, reflective practice and creating empowered work environments within the context of the contemporary healthcare environment and viewed from an ethical-legal stance. You will also learn to conduct systematic reviews of care and standards of practice.
Your studies will be supported with explorations of research methods in a healthcare context and specialist topics chosen to suit your future career needs.
Australian & NZ Students
A bachelor degree in nursing or equivalent, plus registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Western Australia and at least one year of post-registration clinical experience.
Applicants with a degree in a relevant field may be considered.
Selection is based on academic performance, clinical experience, professional references and, where necessary, an interview.
