Presentación

The Electronics Engineering Technician (Fast Track) program will allow you to gain direct admission into the second year (semester three) of this two-year program and receive your diploma in one year (two semesters), if you are a qualified college or university graduate.

If you can’t leave home without your iPod, tablet and smartphone, and have an interest in how they work, this School of Engineering Technology and Applied Science program is for you. It will prepare you for a challenging career in the field of electronics in numerous ways.

Firstly, you will develop technical expertise in areas such as wireless communications, data communications, microcontrollers and industrial systems. Secondly, you will gain hands-on experience in equipped labs by working on computers, communication transceivers, and electronics testing and measurement equipment, while developing a solid foundation in modern electronics.

Requisitos

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or mature student status (19 years or older)
English Grade 12 C or U, or equivalent
Mathematics Grade 11 or 12 C, M or U, or equivalent
