Requisitos
|
All entrants to this MSc in Human Resource Management must have a minimum of three years’ experience in a managerial, professional or technical role. Usually this means that they are at least 25 years old.
They are normally expected to have some experience of working in the accounting or finance functions of an entity.
The MSc in International Finance and Management is in two stages. You must expect to successfully complete Stage 1 before you enrol on Stage 2.

On successful completion of 180 points´ worth of required courses you will be awarded an MSc in Human Resource Management, entitling you to use the letters MSc HRM (Open) after your name.

Some of the courses in the study programme will be studied in parallel with students aiming at MBA, MPA, Finance, International Development and similar qualifications allowing contact with managers from a range of different functional specialisms.
This qualification will give you graduate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), provided the CIPD-approved courses are studied.

Stage 2 Your first Stage 2 course should be Managing human resources . You then continue with the rest of Stage 2, comprising The human resource professional one elective course chosen from Psychometrics: selection and assessment (currently the recommended choice if you are interested in professional recognition), Creativity, innovation and change or Managing knowledge , and Making a difference .
